The Dosa Is Like a Swirl That's Tight.

When it comes to spicing and seasonings, I go, you know, salt and pepper and butter. That's my realm. When it comes to authentic seasoning and spicing, I leave that to you. So okay, so you've created this beautiful batter mix. And then you imagine spreading it. It's all often done with the back of a bowl. My favorite version is a cheese dosa or a chili cheese dosa. There's nothing Sri Lankan about that. But in India, any Indian who has listened to this person will go crazy about something called Amul which isn't really salty but just really tasty.
