I just wanted to get a little bit more granular so obviously we've taken a bit of a high-level view at the moment. We touched on a little bit of our structuring deals in terms of the runouts at a hundred percent equity and I wanted to ask alittle bit more about the debt equity split given the link to royalty financing. The general rule when it comes to raising capital is that if someone offers you money take it, he says.
