I just wanted to get a little bit more granular so obviously we've taken a bit of a high-level view at the moment. We touched on a little bit of our structuring deals in terms of the runouts at a hundred percent equity and I wanted to ask alittle bit more about the debt equity split given the link to royalty financing.
