The advanced lifter is going to struggle to get hypertrophy unless they are working the very, very highest threshold motinots and the muscle fibers of those motinots. We want to minimize the amount of super spinal CNS fatigue by using heavier loads, longer rest periods. I think when we talk about self selected tempos, that comes up a lot too. And then for the context of that, we've then added this idea of saying we need more stability, we need less coordination demand. You know, we need more exercises that involve less muscle mass.
