The Low Platelet Count of a Patient With Multiple Sclerosis
A patient comes in with mild thrombocytopenia. She doesn't really have an abnormal white count and I think her hemoglobin is 11.2. Iron studies are normal. Ratic counts a bit low, what you'd expect for a hemoglobin that's low. So, but nothing too crazy and her multiple sclerosis has been quiescent.
