Using Grated Progressions in the Superman

We need to start with grated progressions. You want to maintain a nice active corps, active lads really owning the hollow position in the superman and not just swinging all over the place. Similar to other things, we're going to make sure that we use grated exposure. This is not the time to do a cannon ball in the pool. I'm the big fan of cannon balls. Love the big splash. But if we do this and we set ourselves back, we have a lot more work on our plate to do.
