So the way I get past that is starting with identity identity. Well, I want to be that person who gets up because that helps my health. It helps me stay fit and strong. And so it's removing as many of the excuse points as possible. Every session is planned out before I get to it. All I need to do is break it down into those small chunks. Like 10% of the time before that I actually feel like doing it on the wake of the morning.
