After losing 100lbs herself, reducing her risk for diabetes, ditching asthma, allergies & depression, she also naturally repaired degenerating knees. With all her functional diagnostic nutrition education and functional health knowledge and lived experience, she developed all of this into her signature “The Holistic Low Carb Method.” This is her Health Adventure Experience that is a “Weight Loss & Diabetes Solution” for women over 50 to reclaim the 2nd half of their life & decrease the risk of diabetes and other health issues.

Lori loves gardening, grounding, walks and being outside in nature. When she isn’t geeking out about hacking fat loss, you will find her at a half marathon or hiking at National Parks. Her favorite trail is the Bright Angel trail at the south rim of the Grand Canyon.
