How Did You Invent Mindfulness Meditation?
Rohan: I grew up as a teenager and dealt with anxiety and depression myself. As a neuroscientist, I was studying meditation and how it affects the brain. And so I eventually got bitten by the plug of how can I help myself get better? He says he bought a one-way ticket to the Himalayan mountains where he lived with monks for almost nine months. Rohan: That's where the first prototype was born for this relief.
