How to Schedule Your Time Out Wisely
I think so important to schedule your time out wisely because I've done it with my own experiences and I really know how it affects me. Self care can literally just be breathing exercises, skincare, a shower, affirmations. Those are simple free of charge activities that I do myself that you're able to do as well. It's not efficient to my schedule to get 10,000 steps in a day. So what does work to my schedule is if I do about 4,000 to 5,000 steps a day. That works better to my schedule rather than compiling a ton of things that are not able to be accomplished.
