I think part of the idea of urgency to me is like listening to my intuition and my gut. I don't mall because I don't ask other people for their opinions. If you can train your inner voice to speak very loudly to you, instead of constantly pushing into the side and telling it it's a liar,. You actually will walk into your destiny much faster, much clearer and much happier.
Being authentic defines strong leadership.
