How to Prioritize T and S
Runners need to prioritise their training in order to achieve performance goals. A runner that wants to run 73 minutes on his sunday long run is probably going to be running 13 point one, or more than like the race distance in ta build up. It really depends on the type of runner and how hard they're willing to work for it. If you've got a coach who can tell you what your pace should be - then do it!
