The Importance of Easy Exercise
Most of the bang for our buck comes when we do between 30 and 60 minutes of exercise. Longer can be good, especially it's white endurance athletes who do long rides,. But getting longer depleting some of our slow twitch muscle fibers that are called into reserve. So most of us don't have to worry about that too much. Just get consistently doing 30 to 60 minutes.
