The Myth of Glycogen Depletion in Bodybuilding
The myth that kind of permeated through bodybuilding like we're kind of just talking about was that you depleted this massive amount of your glycogen stores and then you got to go and eat a whole bunch of carbs after you work out didn't pan out. The greater level of training the more density of glycogen you can generally fill in the muscle if you tested the average personal street you're probably talking 120 or 100 to around 140 millimoles per kilo so mechanistically that's not any different yeah.
