The Importance of Choosing the Right Seeds
Right diligence or right effort is choosing the right seeds and then watering them. When you water them, it will create happiness in others and then that happiness in others will also create happiness in yourself. So seeing those seeds also in your graduate students and your undergrad's encouraging them to water them with their own curiosity can be a powerful thing.
