There's so many interesting exercises in this book I mean not one page in the workbook is the same there's so many whether it's asking people to provide feedback you're talking about different fear levels and estimated physical risk with different events. Can we take people off those proverbial pedestals that we actually put them on? We don't just blindly follow advice from people or we don't just accept what they say at face value listening to your own intuition is always the answer, she says.
