The leader of a large organization should be responsible for ensuring the products and services that are being made designed safely. I get this question every single training I do people ask how can I convince like the more powerful people that we need like time and resources to do this work. What does it say about company leadership if they're not open to having this conversation and investing and making their products safe? It's a I mean couple thoughts I guess it says maybe they're not ready for this. And then you know my other thought is I think some people are just motivated by profit and don't care about their users.
