Slow Down Your Easy Days

The number one thing that I hear from runners is like I want you to slow down on your easy days. One of the most effective ways to do that is to slow down your easy daysYeah yeah and I also ask people like if it felt easier do you think you would do it more often? And they're like yeah and I'm like okay and if you did it more often do you think that you would get better well yeah  the more consistent I am the more I do it I'm gonna get betterOkay great so if you think that running easier will make you do it more frequently you'll enjoy the process more than before.
