How Do You Ever Met Your Kids?

No eating after 7pm. Exercise and diet that impacts your sleep. A lot of this stuff is just it's stuff that I've known for a little while. Just implement what makes sense, try it, see if it sticks. If it doesn't stick, you know, it's not a huge deal. Don't beat yourself up about it because, Oh, I used to do this. And now I don't anymore. The only part I didn't really like was the history of sleep chapter,. But I thought it was really approachable. You pick it up and it's pretty big. It's like 286 pages or something. There's a bunch of appendices in the back
