How to Understand Mistakes
If we generally think we're trying to create airofree systems and not have people make stakes, then there's the question mark raised here about the ability of people to develop expertise in unforeseen, unfamiliar, dynamic, emergent type situations. It's like if you rode a bike with with training wheels for 15 years, and then suddenly would put at the top of a hill without your training wheels and and let go at the top. That's how i at least interpret some of this idea.
