Is the Web Two Point O Space a Problem?

I think the fascinating thing right now is, if i look at the web three point o space, an n ft, the exact same thing is happening, as happened 25 years ago with the intinet. So the goal post just moved again. Probably by the time government legislation have got web two point o fixed, everyone basically will be pecting in mining web three point O. And government is going to have to get the head around there. Block chain, crypto currencies, the death opeit currency, whatever of the topics are that theye gong to have to try and deal with in decentralized, incredibly private and encrypted space. I think it's going to be a real challenge
