For me, there's a huge mental benefit to the consistent training. I care much less than I used to about how much weight I lift. When you have goals like a certain body weight or a certain weight to lift on an exercise, it's much more easier to maintain motivation. And if I ever get that crazy anxiety feeling of like the, the heartbeat that like the jacked up heartbeat that you can get with anxiety, I find that it's like a two prong approach to work on that and both help me.
