Self Like Parts in Therapy
There's so much emphasis on being in self as an ipes therapist. The fear of self like parts might actually bring up some of those in the therapist, even though they don't want to. In my workshops a i have a little self like part inventory that i lead with. Because at the end of the day, all these parts are pretty universal across people. I very human. So if we can find it in ourselves in a welcoming way, no shame, no blame, this is a shamefree zone and get to know them.
