What's the Growth Prospect?
Since I got involved we've grown about 15 to 20% a month consistently. There is going to come a point of diminishing returns, but there's loads of things that LTV plays and things that we've not really tapped into to the full extent yet. A systematic approach to content and media buy has been the big thing. In turning on TikTok effectively, that's been huge. Awareness play on there, feeding through to Google and enhancing Facebook efficiency. Keeping things simple and then obviously putting process in place that make things run efficiently,. repeatedly and just incrementally improve things over time has been probably the big thing for us.
