Tith simon ora was a type on dibetic and had fantastic results, like really nice, stable blood blue coast control. He took it to the extreme by going kido for about four months. The first two months, even better results, like flat and blood glucos, very low. And then i ran into a proper hurdle where my herpatic glup glucos output overnight were just on its way up,. So i increased my basil, and i kept increasing my basil, trying to cover that liver output. It was like i wasn't working. My basil dose was just not doing the trick. I've spoken about his on the podcast dout so much.
