Shoulder Pain - Should I Do Dadles?
I wonder if the question is as simple as, like i ask, who is more likely to have shoulder pain? The person who throws a bas falla lot, or the person who walks like. I just don't know here, that that's the thing, we can't have a strong opinion here. Would you agree though, that no one probably has to do dadles, or or byl ot ol squats with heavy loadse?Absolutely. But i don't think they are necessary or sufficient to help people with their pain and their disability. They're just options. There are other alternatives out there that would work probably just as effectively.
