I'm glad that you clarified that, because i was initially hearing i can still sit on the couch and eat cheetos and snickers bars, e and large, copious amounts of soda. You have to be in shape to go out on a trail run totally and enjoy the trail run, right? You have to have some sort of fitness. If you like snickers or chietoes or brownies, like, so be it. Like who does? Right? I mean, i grew up on that stuff, but i think it is about identifying the why behind eating it,. But more importantly, and it's not about justification.
