Should I Get a Night Splint for My Heel Pain?

I wouldn't recommend cortigo, steroid injection or a night splint. I don't often see that being very beneficial because it's a cover up. It seems to just wrap the fascia or tendon depending on where it's put more than it does any actual help in the long term. But there are other things that you can do to yourself to modify the symptoms as well. A classic example is just rolling the bottom of your foot out. So that's not something that is going to change the load capacity of your plantar fascia, but it can change the symptoms pretty impressively actually.
