The Importance of Food in Denmark
The food was amazing. The cooking was very influenced by the people who lived there. We had refugees from Latin America and we also had Palestinians living with us. So I always say I was one of the first children in Denmark to eat hummus. And, you know, beans and rice and lots of influences from around the world.
