Is There a Red Flag in Ultra Processed Foods?
A lot of my book is kind of based on using minimally processed foods. Canned tomatoes are really like pristine canned food, canned beans if it has a small ingredient list. I have a recipe in the book for cheesy stuffed poblano's with butter and squash and black beans. And I use but are not squash from a bag just to make it easy.
