How to Do All Levels of Alignment

I don't think we think about that enough or talk about that enough when we discuss alignment. Being able to effectively communicate with one another is a factor of alignment. And so we have to understand, you know, what our contribution is from a value-based versus a roles and responsibilities basis. It's an incredible shift in how the work gets done.
