I don't think that back squats are fundamentally worse Tool for regulating your emotional life than therapy. In some ways they're almost opposite. One is in order to be productive one needs to Be good at emotion regulation, right? The other meaning is kind of like trying to be productive doing back squats does all these things It's just a bad form of emotion regulation.
