The first kind of action would be actions that need to happen specifically on days, or at certain times on certain days. So if i need to call bill on thursday, i didn't set an appointment, but i just need to call him on th Thursday. Those all go on calendars. Then the things that you have already committed to in terms of time, calls you need to make, things you need to do at the computer,. Things you need to buy at the store,Things you need to talk to your life partner about.Those things just need to be kept somewhere that you get to them as soon as can get to them. And you're not rewriting lists every day. You
