Muriel: It can always be, I mean, it feels very like you're being mis-acknowledged or not validated. What I try to get them to do is to disconnect from the adjectives that are being used in the feedback. Muriel: If we can really nail what you want to feel like at the end of the day then we can peel back the onion and figure out the actions and behaviors to get you there.
