Why You Shouldn't Have Table Salt
The idea is just because something is good for you doesn't mean it should be the only thing you do. Almost everything in biology has either you or an in-shaped response curve. If you have no sodium, your risk of a heart attack goes way up and if you have lots of sodium, like probably five times the recommended dose today, your risk can go up but doesn't always. You're making your heart attack risk worse by going zero salt.
