The first thing i need to win is theappointment. I like this approach of being able to get on a conversation with them initially. Any coaching call is a sales call. And i think a lot of peoplel forget that. There'll be grey coaches. But then when it comes to selling, there's a lot of resistance. Yet you're doing the same thing you're guiding people towards a change - right?
