How to Negotiate With a Different Person

The most persuasive person in the room is themselves, so if I'm negotiating with Josh Hall, my goal is to have Josh Hall negotiate against himself. So calling back to what they said at the beginning makes what you say a lot more persuasive. One of the easiest ways to get the other person to like you more and really get you to like them more as well is to really focus on while you're building rapport, finding things about the person that you could admire and let them know that you admire those things.
