Do You Recognize Body Positions?
Most people don't recognize body positions, so i can go through every crosstet movement and show you how one of those positions is a position that you pass through in that movement. And if you to be comfortable in that, then all of a sudden, your body likes to go from known to a known You know, it's the same thing for golfers or bowler or pitcher,. Or anybody like that. So we can become stronger and more confident in these positions, and then your brain has a way of filling in the gaps. That's the dynamic component. They've gone between em.
