Socks or no socks on the run? And if no socks, how do I train my feet not to get blisters? Jeremy: It kind of depends on what your goals are. If you're trying to win the race then definitely there might be some point in doing thatif you're willing to take a risk. He says he won a 10-1 through basically by going through and just having a fast transition. "If it's a sprint or an Olympic distance, I would have no hesitation going sockless" Says his experience with blisters started getting worse as he got older.
