Cody: I think timeliness, and using the data that you have, or of making sure that people are getting the message at the right time after they've loved the product. You don't want to feel salesy, but people do obviously want to buy stuff. And one anecdotal thing that i've noticed is taght, you know, talking to salespeople. It's like a how to win friends and influence pople.
