Is It Really a 12 Week Programme?
It's not so easy that just anybody can walk in and crush it, because we've seen people who are very fit otherwise not fail miserably often. I would say if you really don't know your kettle bell snatch very well, it's probably bean longer. The programe i use is 12 weeks but i also have an eight week one. Over over the weeks, we will build up to a work where you do three sets of 105 minute tests with a variety of bells - all under belt.
