Don't buy a weather dependent business over the aforementioned struggles that we talked about today in the podcast. One of the things that I noticed was we really did not get any FaceTime with the key lieutenants in the business. And, you know, ultimately it led to people self selecting out of the company and we had to fill them with people that were more aligned from a value perspective.
