I think it's really important to recognize and, you know, when you are having these negative thoughts, maybe write them down. I feel like something that I've noticed is that whenever I'm in a negative situation or I'm thinking negative things, I starts to show up in my body. Whether you're overthinking about a situation, a problem, an interaction, figure out what you can do and if you can do anything. And for me, sometimes I can have these obsessive thinking patterns when I'm avoiding something.
