Most women do at least track the start date of their cycle, and there's plenty of apps out there that are useful for that as well. But even for training on a regular basis, we can look to how to make the program as successful as possible for the client. I mean, that's the ultimate goal, right? And so, to the extent that tracking and being responsive to menstrual cycle and cycle related symptoms is relevant for that particular athlete, then I think we should go for it.
