I could think of nothing worse than a couple of my athletes sitting down for a coffee and having a look at their progress. That generally almost makes me feel sick when they're signing up for coaching. So if some athlete has got the same session, it's by chance. It's not because we've just dragged something across. And so like you just said that you get better at it, which I could see that. But I just can't imagine if I was coaching 20 athletes doing all their sessions from scratch. You found a way through your setting up your week and a lot of those five minute or 15 minute slots. Yeah, get that macro structure right.
