i think the value is inflated both by the bidding or and by the fact that they bought something that had brand built into the markt cap, when they're not necessarily in a leverage. But i think they needed to and i don't think they had a lot of options, and i think they both picked the time right when this this was an available purchase. I mant to go c minus because, a, what you said is right, but they paid so much money.
