Burnout and the Stress Cycle

I taught school for five years. I burned out after four years, and then i pushed through one more year. The thing number one is to complete the stresser spon cycle. A good night's sleep will do it. You can use your imagination and imagine yourself pummelling all the stressers into the ground. And you surround yourself with a bubble of love,. Other teachers who can support you and tell you, 'You are a valuable, educated, wonderful human being' Thank you both so much for joining us together and for teaching us about burnout and the stress cycle.
