If you're not in a wheel chair, if you're not bedridden, you are moving. The second you stop moving, you are atrophying. Your muscles are going to go wes al case. And we all know when or grandparents get really old, or something like that, it's an actual effort to get to the kitchen. It's an actually effort to get down to the mail box.
