I do think that the logical endpoint of we need progress at all costs does not land us in a good place. I just watched a fabulous Netflix documentary on what happened with Boeing and the 737 and MCAS. There's one where they drove progress, but they did it in a dangerous way. Some people will benefit greatly so a larger fraction of people feel they're the beneficiaries of this new capability versus their push to get ahead. The nature of how we manage change is an entire people issue. And I don't think the answer is universal income work. You know why it's so important these issues should be worked out in every organization,. public sector, private sector or whatever.
