Do You Have a Training Camp?
I'm a big believer in the training camp. I like to have that every about every four weeks, a big four or five day block where we beat them up. A lot of my athletes say that's their favorite time. They love to do those blocks. But you're having to figure out how to fit it around work. You might have to take a couple hours off work, weather. There's a lot of factors that play in to be able to get that time and it's a big sacrifice.
