The Importance of Different Intensities in LT Workouts
For VNT max it's either failure at the last 10 seconds of the last interval, or they don't even get that far. For electric thresholds you want to reserve some and the tank on that one. High end aerobic is kind of like half marathon type of intensity for most people are marathon intensity for really, really good runners.
